Well here we are, almost at the end of 2010. I don't know about you but this year has absolutely flown for us! The last few weeks have been especially hectic, so we are really looking forward to enjoying a couple of weeks of relaxation! Christmas shopping for the kids is finally done after constant last minute dashes to the shopping centre for forgotten items {we never thought we would say this but, boy are we sick of shopping!}. And our last dessert table for 2010 has been styled. Given our clients were Scandinavian, they wanted a traditional Christmas Dessert Table. Styling a Winter Wonderland inspired table was so much fun since it's a world away from our summery Christmas on the Gold Coast. No presents for us adults this year, it's all about the kids, but Amy Atlas Events did feature our White Christmas Dessert table on her blog and that is the best gift we could ever ask for! She has been a constant inspiration for us and it's truly an honour. Here are some photo's from the shoot.
Christmas just wouldn't be Christmas without Mince Pies.
White Chocolate Mousses served with a dollop of whipped cream.
Snow Balls, chocolate covered Pretzels and Coconut Balls and we just couldn't forget the Egg Nogg!
Bakerella inspired Cakepop Christmas Trees, sat beautifully along side White Chocolate Truffles dusted in icing sugar and rolled in non-pareils.
Stunning blue baubles added a subtle touch of colour.
Chocolate stacks and jelly bean filled glass baubles.
Snowflake biscuits hung from RubyJu Trees.
Thanks for looking and we hope you have a Merry and Safe Christmas!
Love
Bec and Tammi
