It seems that 'Ruffle Cakes' are the latest craze for weddings and dessert tables and it is not hard to see why.  We are constantly amazed by the beautiful images we see of all different sorts of ruffle cakes.  Look at what we've found...

There are some great tutorials for 'Ruffle Cakes' out there as well.  We found this one for the butter cream ruffle cake and this tutorial is good for the fondat ruffle cakes.
