Today we wanted to feature one of the sweetest parties we have seen recently. The birthday brunch was styled by Rubyellen for her daughter Soul's birthday. We love the birthday brunch idea and we are trying to find an excuse to style our own.
Rubyellen had coffee and hot chocolates to greet her guests on their arrival. A cereal buffet was set up with several glass canisters of colourful cereal. We love that they were all the yummy sugary ones which kids usually only get as a special treat. Bacon, eggs and potato were cooked all morning so the guests could help themselves. Rubyellen designated her cute sisters to cook the fresh pancakes for everyone to enjoy. There were three batters to choose from: red velvet , whole wheat, and buttermilk and they were served with a selection of toppings, syrups and fresh berries. Rubyellen also included a little DIY bacon and eggs station. Guests were invited to make their own bacon and eggs using pretzels, chocolate and mm's. Too cute! Finally, a little stack of pancakes with a candle took place as the birthday cake.
We think that every little detail and idea in this party is just perfect.
